Carson City Clubhouse

The Carson City Clubhouse serves ages 5-18 and offers 4 different programs: Before School, After School, School Breaks, and Summer Camp.

Hours of Operation

  • After-School Program Hours: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (Opening Hours Vary for CCSD Minimum Days)
  • Before-School Program Hours: 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday
  • Summer Hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday 
  • School Breaks & Teacher Work Days: 7:30 AM - 6 PM, Days vary

We are open for all CCSD Minimum & Teacher Work Days!

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance for Club tuition is available through BGCWN or The Children’s Cabinet. Please contact Stephanie King at stephaniek@bgcwn.org or 775-882-8820 to inquire about financial assistance.

Rent Our Space

Need a large space for your next event or get-together? Our Clubhouse is available to rent! The possibilities are endless: mixers, wedding receptions, holiday parties, church groups, birthdays, memorial services, art lessons, movie screenings, graduation parties and anything else.

  • The Teen Center and multi-purpose room are both available for rent.
  • Facility rentals are available on weekends only from January - May and September - December.

Rental Costs & Fees

    Event Deposit | $150

    This non-refundable deposit must be paid at time of reservation.

    Rental Cost | $100/hr

    Space must be cleaned and vacated by 11 pm on the night of the event.

    Cleaning Deposit | $350

    You are responsible for all cleaning. We will charge the card on file if the building is not left in a tidy manner.

    Staff Fees

    • 1 - 99 people = 1 staff member
    • 100 - 150 people = 2 staff members
    • *max 150 people without special approval

    Damage Info

    We need a credit card on file to cover possible incidentals and damages. This includes any damages to any equipment.

    Insurance

    You must obtain a private insurance rider ($1,000,000 coverage).

Closures Due to Weather or Emergency

Upon any Carson City School District closures due to weather or emergency situations, the Club will be closed as well. 

  • We will notify parents through our Facebook page if no kids are at the Club.
  • If any members are currently at our facility at the time of the event, parents will be notified via phone call for their children to be picked up immediately.
