William N. Pennington Foundation

The William N. Pennington Foundation has donated over $2.8 million to BGCWN for two expansion projects -- the Willam N. Pennington Teen Center in 2016 and the upcoming William N. Pennington Center Smart Start opening in January of 2026. Thanks to their generous support, we have been able to expand our services and open 80 additional daycare spots in Carson City, providing essential care and resources to more families in need. Moreover, their contribution has helped create a safe and nurturing environment for over 50 local teens, offering them a place to grow, connect, and thrive.

Carson Valley Health

Carson Valley Health has donated $150,000 in support of BGCWN's expansion into early childhood education in the Carson Valley area. This significant contribution will directly support the development and enhancement of programs that provide high-quality care and educational opportunities for young children in the community. Through their commitment, Carson Valley Health is helping to ensure that children in the Carson Valley have access to a strong foundation for success, setting them on a path of growth, learning, and development.
