Meet the Director: Michelle Dotts
My name is Michelle Dotts and I am the Director for the Russell Center Smart Start! I have worked in early childhood education as a classroom aide, a lead teacher, and for the past two years as a center director. I have a Bachelor's Degree in History, along with several ECE credits. Prior to working in the early childhood setting, I taught musical theatre for children aged 4-14, so never be surprised if you catch me singing age appropriate showtunes to your children! When I'm not in the classroom or my office, I can usually be found with my head in a book or traveling the world. It is my absolute joy to share a safe and fun learning environment with your children.
